can you get acheviments on the cinco da mayo game on halo 3?

i was just wondering if you could get like 2 for one and other acheviments, please help me

For the most part, the requirements for achievements in Halo 3 say that they need to be acquired in a ranked free-for-all playlist. The Cinco de Mayo playlist is unranked, so achievements can't be earned -- sorry!

If it's anything like the special Zombies matches for Halloween, then yes you can.

As long as Bungie makes it a Ranked playlist, then you can still unlock achievements.
