can you get the vidmaster 7 on 7 challenge for halo 3 with more than 7 exp?

if not what do i have to do to get it / is there any way i can without making a new acount

you need to be playing in one of the playlists with lower or exactly 7 exp, but the only way to get it if your above 7 is to rank down by losing a bunch of matches.
