ya man just need gold membership thingy on xbox and ur both good to go. if u both have a good connectin then ull have tons of fun. i play wih my friends in canada all the time.

YEAH, u just both have to have gold xbox live membership, and all u need to do is get his gamertag and and send a friend request, when he accepts it u can join his game or ask him to join your game.
