Can you play Halo 3 Legendary Edition On 2 seperate Xbox 360's?

I opened a Halo 3 Legendary Edition and the Extras DVD had a sticker that said "Important! Insert game disc first". My friend is coming over with an Xbox 360 so could I play it on my friends and then when I get my own, can I still play it and access the game and extras on my own Xbox 360? Or will it lock all the content on his Xbox 360 only?

it's okay i tried it me and my friend do it all the time you play on his and when you get yours go ahead and play the only thing that will change are your achievements

The disc can be played on anyone's Xbox 360. It does not download the content on one Xbox and locks on it. It can be used on any 360.
