can you play with 2 xbox live accounts on 1 xbox playing halo?

my brother wants to train his gamer tag but i wanna train mine can we both sign in on 1 xbox so we can play halo together and not limit 1 of us to getting xp , we both have xbox live on our profiles

Yeah you can me and my bro do it all the time. The only thing you can't do with two people in matchmaking is lone wolves.

Sorry pal, it's impossible you can only sign in with one account per xbox. It's a shame and many people would like to see it happen but i can't see it happening in the near future it would most likely be considered cheating because you would be boosting a partner.
