can you save your user dada for halo 3 on your hard drive???

please tell me, i have an account at a friends house and im getting a 360 4 christmas sao i want my account i beat the game on at home.

i dunno exactly wat u mean but when u get your 360 you can recover your account into your system but im not sure if u could use that option only if u had your ethernet cord plugged in and on xbox live not sure
