Can you turn the rated M stuff off on Halo 3?

I want it for my birthday but I can't get "M" games. If there's someway to turn that bad stuff off I can get it. Does anyone know?

no.and there really isnt any thing bad on it besides blode.i would jus lie about it and tell my mom that u can so she would buy it for me
