Capature divise to halo 3 movie?

Hi i gone make some halo 3 movies so i need a capature divise- i live in norway. do some one have one that i can buy for araund 35$ (200 nok)

All you need is a capture card. Anyways, there are already too many people making Halo 3 movies -_-. I don't see what makes it so great. All you do it bob your head up and down to talk.
