i actually dont know how to activate them, but i do know that they dont effect online gameplay

One of the funniest skulls to get is the gravity one lol good times

no they have no effect on the multiplayer. 2 activate a skull you just have 2 pick it up. then it is activated untill you turn your xbox off. i have multiple profiles named the name of the skull that are saved at the checkpoint right next 2 them cause u can swithc profiles and they are still active.
