Downloading Halo 3 pics to your USB device w/out Xbox live?

I have several Halo 3 screen shots and I don't have Xbox live. I want to download them onto a USB device directly from the Xbox/game. Can I do it? If yes, how do I do it?

just make sure your xbox itself is on and your ethernet cable is plugged in properly to connect xbox to internet.

its a picture pack with a whole bunch of pictures to halo 3 it costs 80 microsoft points though.
