Explain ALL Halo 3 ODST Skulls?

I am getting ODST for christmas (don't worry, i am getting Gears 2 and MW2 also) and i want to know what all the skulls do on ODST firefight. Just so that i am prepared.

the first one makes it to were you have to aim without the little circle thingy, the second one lets you melee hurt worse, the third one makes it to were every time you get a grunt head shot there's confetti, and the fourth one makes it to were their is rare dialog. they are on the campain too
