gamevee and grab help, halo 3 video?

well i wanted to grab a video off my halo 3 fileshare yesterday. those of you familiar with grab and gamevee know how it works. well i sent in the form and i went to get my video today, and gamevee.com or grab wont work. anyone know what to do.
