I want to know if you can insert the Xbox disks for Halo 1, or 2 into the Xbox 360, and have it run them? Will it have an error because they are Xbox discs? Or will it run them just like the original X box? Or do you have to download them from the online marketplace? I would prefer to use the disks though.

They will work fine. Why didnt you just put them in and try them out?
Yes, those discs are supported on the Xbox 360. However, not all are, so always check before purchasing at xbox.com. Also, only Premium and Elite Xbox 360s can run original Xbox games. If you purchased the Xbox core package, the one with no hard drive, you can't play any original Xbox games on your 360.
