Halo 1 for PC - one of the Halo PC files is missing or corrupted.?

I set Halo to run on start up using regedit. Now every time I log onto my Halo user, it gives me an error saying that the file shaders\vsh.bin is missing or corrupted.
I added the registry value to HKEY_LOCAL_USER.
