I'm being told to look in the structures, and I'm looking and nothing's there. No covenant.
On the walkthrough guide I looked through before I decided asking here, it says:
Finish off the remaining
covenant, and Echo 4-19 will come for pick-up. This time, get in with the marines, and you
have completed level two. That is one fifth of the game!
Well, i can't find any covenant, so I probably got them all.. but I'm not being picked up.
Note: This is Halo 1, the first Halo game.

Yeah, I just figured it out. I also saw some covenants too. Maybe they came there after I killed others in other places or they came back after I died and I just forgot to kill them.
