Halo 1: In your opinion, what's the most failed weapon made?

I used to be a Halo fanatic, before I quit video games forever. What's your opinion on the most failed weapon. In my opinion, "EVERY" heavy weapon is a failure. Especially Rocket Launcher and Fuel Rod gun.

in the first halo the pistol was the best gun hands down, i could beat people with a pistol when they had a sniper rifle but i think the worst gun would be the plasma pistol or plasma rifle
