Halo 1 installation help!!?

I tried to install halo 1 and when it got to 3% it said "Halo Setup encountered a disk error while writing to the file C:\Program FIles\Microsoft Games\Halo\maps\a10.map Make sure your hard disk is not full, and that the file is not in use." What am I doing wrong?

Check that you have enough disk space. Go to my computer and right click on C: and select properties. If you have some space (maybe 1 gig?) then you have enough space. Maybe you don't have admin rights. Go to Start > Control Panel > user accounts and see if you are an administrator.
