HALO 1 LEVEL HELP!!!! xbox?

just beat normal on halo a week ago and now starting on heroic and its hell of hard!!! i need help with 343 guilty sparks on heroic. Theres so many floods and its pretty scary =p and i ran out of ammo from getting lost and im pretty much screwed without my shotgun

ok so for the little flood (spider things) pistol whip if you can
For big bubbly things try to shoot from far away of course.
anf for other big flood use shotgun OR alot of people don't know you can use any weapon to shoot just below their head (around the chin or neck area) and its like a headshot if you do it right.
Do not get overwhelmed use noob style and crouch jump alot
(noobstyle takes alot of work)
(crouch jump is imediettly crouch after you jump to gain higher and further jumps)
