If you play halo 2 on the computer...and go in multiplayer can you play with the people on xbox

No, you can't.
The PC version and the Xbox version have different servers.
They're two different consoles, anyway.

No, you can't. And besides, do you realize how long it takes to find a match on Halo 2 these days? there's less than 4000 people playing game at one time nowadays.
