halo 3 achievement problems?

sometimes in halo 3, i don't get some achievements even though i fulfilled all the requirements. (beating legendary is a popular one with some of my friends) has this happened to anyone else? does anyone know a way to fix it?

I can't say it's happened to me but I've gotten over half of them with no problem yet. I know most (possibly all) have to be on normal or higher to work. Maybe that's your problem? I've got a friend who had trouble with one of the skulls and the answer in that case is to simply try again.

The skull ones have to be done from the start of the level, they won't show up if you start from a checkpoint.

Which ones are you having trouble with?

yes this happened to me, i got the first achievement, and then got a lot of achievements on the last level, and one miscellaneous (the needler one) achievement, but i think, if you check the possible achievements you'll see that there are a lot of other achievements you could try.
