halo 3 achievements?

can someone please tell me how to stage matches in halo 3, or at least help me get the achievements, my gamertag is kurk29.

Well when the game first came out, the people who wanted achievements usually messed around with the console settings so that all the achievements whores would play on a Japanese server. I don't know how they do it now though. So hopefully you can meet people online who are willing to help you out.
