Halo 3 achievements!!!?

when i went and changed my language to Chinese to get achievements, i got triple kill and it was in Chinese how do i turn it to English?
and i already changed it to English and my triple kill is still in chinese

delete your profile from your xbox's hard drive. Profile only.

Restart your xbox and recover gamertag, assuming you know your window's live ID e-mail and password you won't have any problems. It will download your profile and all of your achievements will be in English.

I have done this myself and it does work.

Its easy. all you have to do is recover your gametag. it will turn it back to english. Trust me.
