Halo 3 Activity Report Question?

On my Service Record on Halo 3 it says i've completed Campaign on Normal(which is true and i have done it)
But now im working with my friend beating Campaign Co-op on Legendary.
But why is the Normal shield still there when I'm in the middle of completing on Legendary?

You haven't completed the campaign on Legendary yet. The shield will only change once you have completed it.

because either u haven't beat legendary or you aren't on xbox live don't worry once you beat it the symbol will show up.
