Um, I do not think this is true.
Otherwise I would've heard of it, being the big Halo 3/Bungie Nerd I am.
And If they did release new armor, it would probably be another Unlock, not a download.
But I don't think they are going to release new armor, But they are releasing a new map, possibly map pack, and with that "Could" Have new armor, but i doubt it.
