Aim head level ....... i am no expert but this is a no brainer

Aim for the head.
I use default sensitivy, just gotta adapt your movements to it.
Try downloading a target practice map, to practice your accuracy.
And play with a buddy, him not shooting only strafing and you have to shoot him.

The best way to do it is to make sure that your gun is always pointed at head level and that you should kept your gun fully loaded everywhere you go. Also spraying it is a good technique! Default sensitivity is fine.

The BR is my favorite weapon. The best way to get quick headshots is to have you look sensitivity at 5 or 6 thats what i use. Then leave your cross hairs at all time at head level or slightly above. Never stand still and weave a lot. If your target is moving aim in front of them in other words aim where they are going not where they are.
