Halo 3 blood and gore?

Hello, I'm 13 years old and my mom won't let me get Halo (any of them) because of the blood and gore. *Rolls eyes* So, I just wanted to know if there was an option to turn this off.

tell her there is not an option to turn it off but also let her know its futuristic aliens. no human killing
