Halo 3 Bungie Pro Feature "Render-To-Video" Please help! 10 points for best answer!?

I heard about Render-to-Video, can someone tell me about it. I read the article and i know it is out but how do i access it. If i didn't read properly can i go to bungie.net, download a video off my file share and save it on my computer? And yes i have Bungie Pro. I went to my bungie.net file share online and it never said anywhere render to video. If it helps me out, i will immediately make it best answer.

just go to bungie and go to my stats, type in your gamertag, when your service record somes up you need to go to the file share tab on the left side of the screen, then there should be a list of your vids, then you can download them to a windows media player on your comp...
