Halo 3 Campaign Loading Problem?

well we just bought halo 3 and the xbox scratched it because someone moved the xbox while we were playing halo 3, the disk is scratch in a circle formation and it says that we cant load the campaign levels =[. does anyone know what to do. please help us!

it scratches your disk
get a ps3
