Halo 3 capture a video.?

How can I capture a vid without any special devices?

once I went on bungie website and downloaded a vid, but then I went to theater in halo 3 and when i started it showed my vid where i was doig my "lost marine glitch" so how can i capture a vid like that?

You can record game clips in theater mode, but other than that, you need a camcorder or a capture card to record. Another option is to hook up a dvd-rw players input to the t.v. output, and pop a disc in and hit record. Thats what I do.
