Halo 3 Championship?

I am training for the Halo 3 championships coming up, but I have a few questions...

1. When and how do I register for it?
2. Can I ign up to be personally trained in these snipe,heavy weapons and vehicle training sessions?(AS IN REAL GAME SESSIONS)
3. Is there a really good site that posts this information and lots of other stuff about the championships?
