Halo 3 Console to Console on Xbox Live?

Is there any way that you can play Halo 3 on Xbox Live with Console to Console mode? Meanin only one person has to have the game and can invite an Xbox Live friend to play with them on Xbox Live.

Lol. I Hope you mean like local in the same house. if not than i wish we could do that too. lol. I have halo 3 on xbox live and thats not possib le. sorry
