please help im trying to get all the skulls but i cant get the cowbell skull because i don't know where to get the grav lift i look every where but i cant find it can someone tell me where is it or who has it please

Its by the where you kill the Scarab, There is a little slanted shelter at the end and inside is a Grav lift. Hope you find it!
