I have halo 3 and it got all scratched up and wouldnt load. I had a warrenty so i shipped it out and they gave me my disk back because they said it was fine according to the stores factory standards. when i got it back i looked at and it appeared that there was no scratches on it anymore and it loads up to the menu. But when i go to campaign or live it says something like unable to load maps. it weird because it doesnt even let me play my downloaded maps. I have games that are way more scratched up and load fine so im confused
