halo 3 EXP boosting on Live. any one knows how to do it?

i'm so ****ed off of people who does this bullshit of exp points the only reason why i want to do it is to do it back to those who so that, i'm a captain level 2 about to be a major and i got that by playing fair and square my highest skill is a 35 which i also got by playing fair and square. but i see sometimes when i'm playing that someone lags out pretty much modding and i know it has to do with boosting their level, anyone know hit me up
