Halo 3 Gamerpic after all achievements!?

Ok, people have claimed to get this. It is a picture of Master Chief with Katana on his back. I have seen it.

I have every achievement in Halo 3. BUT, I do not have this. Why is that?

Do I need to insert second disc from legendary pack? (the one with the helmet)

Please help me out here =]

I dont think its from 1k'ing halo 3 but i think u can download it from the market place for free..well good luck getting it =D
