Halo 3 grenade jump???

Can anyone tell me how to do a grenade jump??? i have been trying and i just end up killing myself... thanks

For 'higher' results, you a Plasma Grenade. Just simply throw the grenade down on the ground, wait about a half second, run at the grenade and then jump when your about a foot away from it. You will find that you go much higher than with a regular jump.

This can also be done with a Fragmentation Grenade, but it's harder because Frag Grenades bouce.

Also, Spike Grenades don't work for this.
