Halo 3 help online ?

Once i get my 360 back I'm looking for someone who might be able to help me reach skill 40 because whenever i get to skill 37 i somehow get stuck with a bunch of majors and captains vs like brigadiers and colonels so I'm just looking for some players who are above skill level 35 and who are decent
um just a little thing for blake...im the one ussually douing all the work ok so im asking if anyone is willing to work as a good team to help me achieve my goal
