Halo 3 Hidden Skulls question?

I've been working on finding the hidden skulls and I am stuck on the I Would've Been You're Daddy skull. I know I have to jump through the rings in the sequence, 4,6,5,4,5,3,4, and before I could do that, I had to cross the bridge to the cutscene, and then eliminate all of the flood in that area. I can't get this to work, any suggestions?

If you've watched the cutscene and have gone back to ring 1 killing all of the flood in your way, then just do the sequence and the skull will be on the bridge. However, if you didn't kill all the flood, then maybe it won't work. There might be one dumb lil' flood that's runnin around aimlessly trying to jump on your face. Go down the aisle looking at your radar. That's all I got. Other than that, I don't see why it won't work...
