The only way is to do AMAZING!!! And by that I mean go 50 and 0 every game! Im saying this because Ive been stuck and Colonel Grade 1 for about 2 months. No matter how good I do, i never get a higher level. And then when i lose, ill go down. Ive read on the internet that its harder to level up the more games youve played. The less games youve played, the easier it is to level up. Its Bungies "FORMULA" for leveling up. Hopefully you can be a major soon. Maybe ill see you out there, my Gamertag is Rebel501.
