Halo 3 issues?

ok so i have had halo 3 since christmas and now it wont let me play any of my forges...or forges i get from bungie.net and i cant figure out how to let me....It says There is a member in your party that is not aloud to play on user created content....i have xbox live too

Your parental controls are keeping you from playing user created content. You need to change this option in the system blade of your Xbox 360 dashboard.
