Halo 3 IWHBYD silver skull?

I cannot figure out how to get this skull to appear. I went on the Cheatcc website and retrieved the order that I am supposed to jump through the rings, but it didn't work.

I did start at the beginning of the mission, collected the first skull, and worked all the way to the last part of the mission. I jumped through the rings in correct order before approaching Truth, found no skull, then kill truth and the flood and jump through the rings again and still nothing.

I am playing on normal and can not get on xbox live because deployed to Iraq.

that's the combination, 1 being beggining where u walk up, the skull is on the bridge leading to where u killed the king after u jump through the rings.
