halo 3 keeps freezing on me?

halo 3 keeps freezing on me but tis the only game that does. i got a new unscratched disk yet it still freezes but its not freezing for anyone else i know. its the only game that does so im not sure whats the problem

send back your xbox, its on warranty, say its messed up.
If it is just that game, send it back. If you have to, buy another copy or get one from torrentz.com.
