halo 3 keeps restarting on xbox live?

i start to get a game on matchmaking and every time its got all the players loaded to play, it always restarts!! its getting me really ****ed off

it happens to me all the time, but I notice that it really only happens when I'm not looking directly at that screen, but instead I'm looking at my friends list.

Its happening to everyone we just have to wait until its fixed.
