halo 3 leveling up.why not?IT SUCKS?

i have had halo 3 xbox live since 4/12/09, but im still a recruit.It just won't level me up.IT SUCKS!!! how can i fix that cause i dont know how???

if you cant level up its because your just not good enough, not because there is something wrong with the game...try picking a different game.
