Halo 3- map loading problem- Please Help?

I have this problem on mt xbox.
When i go on halo 3 i try to load a map (e.g sandbox) and it gos to 8% and after a few seconds is get to 20% but went back to 0%.

Please help me =)
And finaly it says players failed to load=(
