Halo 3 Mod Map Banning? Please answer!?

Ok... I'm thinking of making a mod map for halo 3 and can Bungie ban you for playing this mod map on custom games? (No it isn't gonna be on my fileshare)

no bungie will not ban you. I make mods all the time. They have even came out with modding software
