halo 3, need help with maps?

I have several halo 3 maps on my pc, the same ones u can download off xbox live for the game. How can I put these maps from my pc to my xbox 360 hard drive to play them. I do not have xbox live so I can't download them straight to my xbox, any help would be great thanks.
