Halo 3 new Map pack?

I've read about it and it has Purple Reign and Moonbase Alpha. But what about Cold Storage? Many people say it will be in the new map pack, but others say it will be released on Bungie Day (July 7th). When will it be released?
I need to know because I don't have Xbox Live, just the trial. I need to know so that I can activate it when Cold Storage is going to be released.

Don't suggest I get Xbox Live. My dad doesn't have a computer and I'm taking the Xbox to a friend's house to connect.

from wat i have read it will be a new map pack ="Mythic Map Pack"..
i checked out the web sites(bungie sites) and well they dont even know wen they will release it ....i heard the legendary map pack will be free bungie day (if itll ever)
