Halo 3 not allowing me to play double exp weekend?

[Yeah!]

It says I dont have required maps, but I have heroic, legendary, and mythic map packs downloaded and cold storage.. I've re downloaded each one just to make sure and it still wont let me play..
I actually wasn't banned, ever.. I can play social and ranked, but not double exp..
Oh, ok.. Thanks, That really sucks though, you cant participate unless you buy their 50 dollar game.

You need to have bought Halo 3 ODST and use the multiplayer disc that comes with it. The multiplayer disc has three new mythic maps that are not available for download.
