Every time I play a chapter of ODST, more than half of the time I get an error saying "disc unreadable." The disc is brand new today and there are no scratches. I know it's the xbox, because this has happened before (but not with such consistency).
I have gotten the error message in the past a few times, and I am worried there is something wrong with my xbox. I am concerned because I've already had to send an xbox in for similar problems before and it takes forever to get it back.
Are there any precautions I can take to prevent another xbox meltdown/malfunction? Anything to prevent this kind of thing from happening?
Side note: It's also a really big pain whenever it does it on odst because it waits till I finish the chapter and then gives the message, so It makes me lose all my progress all the way back to my last save (you cant just save, you have to save and quit) or last chapter.
